CORRECTIONAL STUDIES
Take courses towards your diploma or degree in Grande Cache.
Lethbridge College and YREC are pleased to be offering two courses in the Correctional Studies Diploma/Degree program in Grande Cache. These credentials are fully accredited by Alberta Learning, and recognized by both federal and provincial correctional services. They are designed for people who are actively employed in the correctional field, or who are seeking a career in these areas.
Both courses are from the Correctional Studies Program at Lethbridge College. They are being offered in seminar style, which means there will be approximately 6 actual classes for each course. All participants will have applicable resources and will work on their own or in informal groups between classes, convening monthly for the common classroom experience. The instructor will be available between classes for support and assistance.
